Golden Chick - SOCIAL
With Golden Chick’s social media, we wanted to introduce Zillennial (older Gen Z and younger Millennial) consumers to the the Texas-based fast food chain with relatable, trend-driven content that promoted Golden Chick’s products in a fun, approachable, and craveworthy way. Our content has resonated with viewers and produced a 150% increase in TikTok followers for the brand. All posts on the social channels were concepted and art directed by me. Our work has recently been honored with a Hermes award.
Within our first 3 months of working on the account, we were able to boost our engagement rate by 289% on Instagram compared to the previous quarter. We focused on providing a specific mix of trend-led content, food beauty photography and candid, stylized lifestyle shots.
TikTok
Since taking over the account, Golden Chick’s TikTok following increased by 150%, marking a huge victory for the brand. We leaned heavily into trend-related comedy, playing with the “unhinged” style of content our audience is looking for on the platform, to capture our viewers attention.
Within our first 3 months of working on the account, we were able to boost our reach on Facebook by 20% compared to the previous quarter. Our Facebook content leaned into delicious looking food photography, memes, and interactive quizzes and polls to reach our older Millenial/Gen X audience on this platform.
